MESE
Management and Economic Simulation Exercise is an educational program promoted by Junior Achievement all over the world. It is oriented towards teamwork and assesment of good managerial skills. Teams compete on a simulated market selling what their virtual companies produce. Success is guaranteed by a good strategy, consisting of planned decisions of:
- price
- production
- marketing
- capital investment
- R & D (Research & Development)
MESE is promoted in Romania by Junior Achievement Romania.
I have been involved in this program since 2000, participating:
- as a contestant [2000-present] (YOSEMITE team) in

- national simulations
- international simulations organized by Harvard Associates, named Hewlett-Packager Global Business Challenge
- international simulation Hewlett-Packark European Challenge
- as a consultant [2002-present] for the High School teams in ‘Tudor Vianu’ National College of Computer Science, elaborating also an online framework (PHP+MySQL project) for entering decisions which has been used for selecting the teams participating at the national contest
